- Any promotional and advertising movement should be sent to tungkaisheng@freemansland and approved before commencing on the day itself. Should the organizers be unaware of such activities, the organizers will not hesitate to ask the involved parties to leave.
- No sourcing and promoting of any other related events, such as collecting of namecards, gathering of vendors personal particulars during the event.
