Rules & Regulations
- It is at the company’s discretion to change the dates and times of the event, if so, vendors who have made payment – their slot will be pushed forward to the following event.
- Vendors must ensure that they will not practice any action that will damage, deface or dirty the original conditions of the venue, if so, they will be liable to compensate the party whom owns the property.
- All lots and stalls will only be available from 12.15 pm onwards.
- Participants arriving later than 2pm may face any or all of the following:
- Forfeiture of allocated store space and area
- Store locations are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis when they sign up to participate in the event - the faster you register, the better your location.
- Vendors are to stick with the assigned spot and not shift without permission. If caught, they will be charged accordingly to a case-by-case situation.
- No animals are allowed to be brought into the premises of the event.
- No food and drinks are allowed.
- All vendors will need to clean up all rubbish and return the stall to the organizer the exact condition as it was handed to them. Otherwise, the vendors will be charged with the cost used to hire cleaners.
- You will not disclose or use Flea Titan's Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means any information disclosed or made available to you by Freemansland and Don’t Panic (Singapore) directly or indirectly, whether in writing, orally or visually, other than information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known and generally available other than through your action or inaction or (b) was already in your possession (as documented by written records) without confidentiality restrictions before you received it from Freemansland and Don’t Panic (Singapore).
- You expressively agree to the following:
- Freemansland and Don’t Panic (Singapore) will not be liable for any lost of profits, stealing or lost of goods at the event.
- Publicity. You agree that Freemansland and Don’t Panic (Singapore) may use Your name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports and website listings of customers. If You wish to use Freemansland and Don’t Panic (Singapore) trade names, logos, domain names, and any other Brand Characteristics, You may do so, as long as such use is in compliance with this Agreement and Acknowledge that you agree not to:
- Display the Flea Titan Brand Characteristics on any web page that contains or displays adult content, promotes gambling, or otherwise violates applicable law.
- Remove, distort or change any element of a Flea Titan Brand Characteristics.
- The company’s reserves the right to change/add or remove any of the terms and conditions as stated above.
